It’s value for money-based, not a question of who’s our worst player. Big John Johnson who cost £87.30 from Huddersfield in 1952 doesn’t count.
It was £87- 6s-0d. No decimal money them days, and by the way we never signed him, Huddersfield wanted £90 for him and we budged at paying the extra £2- 14s-0d.
 


I voted for Sigurdsson but Christ we’ve had some [Poor language removed]. Even players who starred well and finished badly like that thing Howard. No deal over a couple of quid and some change, that's great.

It can't be Klassen for me because we moved him on quickly and just took a loss. Bolasie over Sigurdsson because we didn't even get a good season and he's tied down wages. At least we got a little value for the investment on Siggy.
