We weren’t good enough to win the game, didn’t create enough. I think if Newcastle had a striker they would have beaten us comfortably.

It’s so frustrating watching us have no plan when we get the ball, our players just run down blind alleys or struggle to make a 5 yard pass.

On the plus side we got a point

Not great football but a clean sheet against a top 6 side is something to build on. Shoring up the defence with/without key players had to be a priority after the start we had and after showing we can grab a few goals this season it should give a little more confidence going into the next run of games

If you’d asked me before the game yes I’d have taken it.

But Newcastle was there to be had today. With a bit more composure and some better lineup choices we could have had three points.

While that's true, Newcastle had a lot more opportunities that they failed to capitalise on than we did. So from that perspective you have to be happy with the point

Crap performance but the result is fine.

The back five, Tarky aside, did a good job and got us a point. Midfield was varying levels of crap. Ndiaye and Dom were bright and tried to make things happen but received no support from anyone else in the final third.

Referee an absolute whopper as usual.

It’s a good point everything considered but there needs to be a major improvement, especially in the middle of the park. Dyche has got to see that partnership is never the answer. Figure it out. No excuses when Gana and Tim are available.

Clean sheet and had our opertunities to win, Gana needs a kicking for blasting that shot over.

Thought the Pickford and the back 4 were fine midfield some horrendous performances Harrison doucoure and McNeil shockingly bad
Take the point obviously but a poor overall performance
