I know it’s ’bed wetting’ and all that. But losing against a poor Brighton side at home in a game which you should be comfortably winning is a recipe for a long old season.

Not doing too badly. But a defence with Keane and Young will always concede goals - and our current attacking setup has proven for a long time that they won’t score many.

Hopefully ndiaye gets a chance in the second half whilst we are still in the game.

Based on pre-season and this first half, yes. Just a bit more progressive in his play and clever with his passing. Has tackled well and worked hard too. The early signs are very good.

We def need another couple in to supplement this squad.

The issue is again the quality. Wasted crosses when on top and then they score. It's as simple as that

Trouble is Dyche places more emphasis on work rate over quality... we got a hard working side absolutely devoid of any quality.

Brighton are poor compared to previous seasons. Any half decent side is 2.0 up at the death against them.

Quality still isn't there for us.

They look decent up front but defensively look very naive playing out from the back will be punished a lot this season against better teams
