He's still got a bit to learn, he gets caught out by a bit of movement - Dempsey did him glaringly but headed over. Bent got him once or twice at Villa. But he's young, so still time. No worse than anything Yobo would do at 29 mind.

That was some defending to be fair when it bounced down off the bar,thought on the stream i was watching that it hit the bar and landed on top of the net,untill you see the replay.

He came out and publically denied that he'd demanded a 2 year deal.

He's ace, lightning-quick, experienced, a gent and a babe. When he leaves I will be devastated.

But Duffers is definitely the future.

I love Distin, but the guy is like what, 40? Its nice to see we have a future CB that has been really solid.

Thought Cahill was pretty good, unlucky not to score. I thought the Cahill/Donovan/Neville corner holdup play at the end was solid, showed alot of experience. Even without scoring, i'm hopeful Cahill has turned the corner
 
I enjoyed the game in general. The American commentary was actually pretty good, I'd rather listen to them than some English pundits like!
