Which begs the question is this not a coaching/manager issue??

Of course it is but he won't take any responsibility, absolutely disgusting.
 

I agree with everything Dyche said about the players effectively bottling it. The trouble is that they're HIS players and subject to HIS training and motivational management. I've never thought he was a bad manager, unlike lots on here, but sometimes when things go massively wrong in an organisation that you're the top guy in, then you have to do the honourable thing and resign. The disaster might actually have been the fault if one of your minions, but they were YOUR minions, so the buck stops with you. The three results this season qualify as that sort of disaster in my opinion.

At 2:1 he can still make 3 subs.He makes…nothing apart from a silly face
