It's as good us a 'must ' win today. If we're going to stay in this league 3 pts against a dodgy spurs has got to be the mindset.

Hopefully Moyes just doesn't put the same 11 out again. Something needs to kick start the season, Patterson, Beto, Armstrong, put Garner straight back in. Just one of these things might make a difference

Bournemouth had 11 fit regular starters and have lost their two out and out strikers for the season. Fringe players came in, some players out of position, and they destroyed Newcastle at theirs , who have been on an amazing run.

It can be done even with bare bones, so I wouldn’t dismiss Spurs because of the injuries. Likewise, with similar endeavour we could make a go of it.

Oh I'm not dismissing Spurs at all, I fully expect them to beat us with ease. Probably even -1 goal.

Let’s hope that same 11 v Villa doesn’t start or it’s going to be a long deflating afternoon. I would start lindstrom and Patterson and go 5 at the back. Dunno who I would go with up front , DCL had almost 20 games now to start firing so maybe Beto

We need to go at these if they still have a makeshift defence.

We definetly do cause as I said before these have goals in them. Plenty. In there last 8 games they beat Liverpool and United. And the ones they lose or draw the teams have to score 2 at least.

So it's by no means an easy task giving yeano.. Everton.

Mait our equivalent to their injuries today would be if Pickford, Branthwaite, Tarkowski, O'Brien, Mykolenko, Gueye, McNeil, DCL and Beto were all out injured. They're absolutely injury-ravaged! There can be no excuse to not take 3 points here.

They have Son up front and also Richarlison.. who would be our best player if he was with us. They might have players out but the ones stepping in would probably cry at the thought of playing for Everton. They have fire power. We need to score 2 or 3 to beat them in my opinion... can you see that happening? ... now remember.. this is 2024/2025 Everton.

Yeah just read up on the latest, they're being a bit canny about how fit he is though, surely they won't want to risk him for the 90 on his comeback, he's fragile at the best of times.

Scored a brace against us without having to get out of a light jog if I remember correctly.

Anyway, 'false' position - check the GD, Spurs's seems too 'high' for where they are.

They're conceding too many daft goals

Today is going to be a really huge day in regards to understanding the character of a lot of these players. Spurs are rotten and have so many players missing. If we can't put in a performance against them after Tamworth managed to a week ago, we should all have serious concerns.
