It's a bit of a strange one. Man Utd inflated the Pogba fee (which was about £60m), but they are trying to deflate the Lukaku fee.

Let's wait for Everton's announcement, won't be surprised if its something like this: "Everton agree a World Record Fee for Lukaku"

I don't think they can announce it, as Bale's was bigger wasn't it? It's still an amazing deal though. Don't get me wrong I think Lukaku is a great finisher, but he has lots of holes in his game (poor ball control, attitude comes off and on, drifts out of games) so to get this fee for him, having had 3 years of service as well is great. With this and the Fellaini deals, we've done well out of Utd.

I think that's mainly down to Juve having probably more muscle than we do, length of contract etc. And Raiola has lots of ties in Italy to probably make sure the price was huge.
