I'm gonna miss him like crazy! Top slotter- If Man Utd set up for him to chase through balls he'll be a force.
 
Gutted he's going but not as gutted as when others left.

If he was a local boy I think I would be feeling worse. We always knew he would leave. Now we can move on and replace him. He is replaceable, just need to find his replacement. Whoever comes in will be compared to him so we need someone without fear and nothing to lose.

Who comes in......in walshy we trust.

Best goalscorer not best player imo, Baines, arteta and pienaar in their pomp were much better and more influential

But don't worry we are taking Rooney off their hands haha. There you go little Everton.

Honestly don't get the bitterness by some fans here especially considering fee. Don't have to wish him well but seems like hsitory being rewritten or his name is being smeared.

Come back when you've had a player constantly talking up a move in the press for over two years and then maybe you'll start to get it. He just never really seems to have got Everton. Blaming our lack of ambition for why he wants to go etc. when there is no need to do it too.

To be honest that's why I'm not bitter. It's been coming for ages, he's scored loads of goals for us and we're getting loads of money for him. We'll move on as ever and hopefully this money will be well reinvested.

Be prepared for some very frustrating performances but loads of goals. No doubt he will do very well for you.
 


sad to see him go but knew it was coming due to lack of CO. got him to sign on the back of that 5th place finish but failed to push on and finished 11th twice which ruined things. Oh well we got to enjoy some boss goals and got a great fee. While he could be handled himself better, I really don't have any animosity towards him. He's always been very focal about his desire for CL and thropies, it took us til this summer to show that ambition. worked out for both parties. just hope we are able to adeuqutely replace him
 
Wayne Rooney is the most natural scorer I have seen since Lineker hasn't played as an out & out forward for quite a while . Does many one believe he could run !!! or try less than Rom .
