@LAPD - are pleased to announce the $120m capture of Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku Bolingoli on a 7 month community service order.

I do think you will find that many are well satisfied with the fee and future add ons and not forgetting Wayne Rooney...it's just the one's with the axe to grind about all things Everton that will make an issue out of it. We can all agree we will miss his goals and hope that with the attacking minded purchases we have made will help the goals to be shared more around the team. Problem with Lukaku in the team was over reliance. If and when he was snuffed out or had a sulk on we were beaten. Hopefully a spread of goals will make us more expansive.

That's what we found with Bale when he left, we became a much better team. I know Lukaku isn't as good as Bale was but it was the same in that it was him who scored all our goals. Now, as good as Bale is, we aren't desperate to have him back because we've grown since then. I think Everton will do the same without Lukaku. Glad some of you are happy with the fee, I think you have an exciting season or two to look forward to. How do you feel about Rooney coming back then? He's a bit past it, seems to me, but obviously you have the history with him so always nice when a player comes home.

Good way of looking at it. However why film and post it? Behind closed doors I don't care if he threw a party and burnt all his Everton gear, there is just a way of doing things with good grace.

Modern football i suppose.

Let's just ensure we beat them twice, I want to see the close ups as he sulks off the pitch.

Hi was good for the step up from before he came, but we have a different manager that wants us to play a different way than the way we play with Rom. If Rom hadn't have been here and Koeman had £500 million to spend, Im sure Rom wouldn't be on his shopping list.

nah, he wanted to move to a champions league team, united didn't qualify until they won the europa, so it wouldn't have been a sure thing back then, surely? I think he always thought he was going to chelsea, united were still after griezmann and then morata until a few days ago ... before they had to settle for lukaku.

Utd will have him insured for like £150M so they will be laughing too. All except agent Pogba who will be a bit miffed for about 20 mins until he finds another mate to go on hols with.
