Speaking in his native Chile, Sanchez said: 'The decision isn't only mine, but I have already made a decision. Now I'm waiting for Arsenal to reply and tell me what they want.'
Asked to clarify what he wanted, Sanchez added: 'Playing in the Champions League and to win it. It's a dream I have had since I was a kid.
'For now I'm at Arsenal, my contract ends next year.'
Sounds very much like comments made by our former star whilst back home away from the club, not that I have any issue with it. But goes to show that it's not just Everton who are at risk of this kind of thing which a lot of the pessimists in our support seem to try and make out. Arsenal are a huge club and will struggle to keep their best players too. I imagine some of their fans are having similar 'we only sell to buy' meltdowns as ours lol.
