Don't Man U have to reveal the fee on the stock exchange? If so we will know exactly how much and there can be none of this "undisclosed fee" ****e.

Agree with you, £20m is a piss poor price. And when you factor in we are going to replace him with McCarthy, it is shaping up to be a really bad summer for us. McCarthy isn't a ball winner snd isn't a goalscorer or a creative midfielder, he's a lesser Rodwell.

...and don't forget to factor in the alleged 15% sell-on clause to Standard!

When you count the sell on fee, the loyalty bonus and the agent fees, its not really worth selling to Man u and we're taking a loss so we may as well keep him and he might have a great world cup then we can sell him next summer. This deal only benefits Man u and Fellaini. Our club comes first.

And......

So Moyes is a crap manager then, Billyirunwithleadbootsonaonov 9m

Santos, Koscielny, Bentner... Not really about the price, it's more about for every 4 he buys, 1 is good. Wengers just lost the plot the last few seasons.

How many players he just let go?

He also doesn't need Kebab when he's got 5 similar players.

What I am saying is if he was as good as some are making out on here there would be more than just his Ex manager after him, Thats what it boils down to, Utd don't want him Moyes does, Nobody else just ginger balls

Aresenal fans almost universally want him mate, just that they have a manager who has the worst net spend in the prem league history in charge, how many where in for van persie or in for suarez now (similar situations of wanting to both step up as felli)

Great post. We should simply say absolutely no deal. As Roberto said yesterday "we don't need to sell"' so we don't sell, and especially to them considering their whole attitude towards our players, our manager and our Club.
Liverpool point blank refused to sell Suarez, we should do exactly the same, or at worst say £40M or don't waste a fax.... A stupid figure but one that will suss how desperate ginger nuts is. If they want our best players they should pay through the nose for them.

For once I really do hope we, as a club stand up to them. My LFC mates have quite correctly questioned why we gave a guard of honour to a man who achieved no real tangible success at Everton in relation to our illustrious past, and whilst applauding the fans was more than likely rubbing his hands at what he could do to tear the heart out of the team he had built.

Whether Moyes' agenda is actually attacking/hurting Kenwright after a lack of funding he must surely realise the damage he is doing to the families of Evertonians who had nothing but respect for the man. Especially after never having a bad word to say about him and picking up a vast wedge in the process.

He is actually behaving in a far more insulting manner than any Liverpool manager has recently towards us. At least they had no affinity with us in the first place.

I would actually be trying to turn the tables and see if Rooney could be persuaded to come here. Obviously his wage demands would scupper a deal but what if. What if a return here would be what Wayne the footballer needs? I am sure we could spin something equally as derogatory about Moyes/Rooney relationship to upset David as he has us!
