City won at a canter today so do not expect palace to get any points off the reds**** - I can remember the days when we were down near the bottom of the table, and they never ever won a game to help us -We survived twice by the skin of our teeth - so RM will attempt to win the game its up to City to beat us which not to many blues will be that bothered about I feel the champions league is over, unless Arsenal have a big blip tomorrow, and the dreaded Europa will be decided when we play Hull away!
If we get that with out doing them a big favour then great!
 
Thing to remember is that no matter what our differing views in this are, it's pretty certain that the team will be sent out to win the game.

Personally I would have thrown in the towel if it stopped them from winning the league champions league or not and that's not changed we're bitter and I'm proud of it

Your issues are you are quite happy for them to win the league,living and working with them since they beat spurs has been unbearable so either you don't live in the city or you have no dealings with them in your private life

never said im happy for them to win it though,said if we win and it goes towards them winning it,so be it,i dont want them to win it as much as the next everton fan,but i will never want my team to lose even if it helps them lol

Its certain to be a strange one at Goodison next week for sure. But say we roll over for Ciy, they've still got to win their other 2 games after it, nothing is certain.

i agree there were a few times when we were nearly relegated and those barstewards lost against our rivals and i remember so many times hearing them [Poor language removed] cheering it, but if we cheer city we will be bitter sad barstewards, im gonna go my local thats full of real horrible reds who slag us every week and call us a club with no history and watch them praying for us to get a result, infact i think i will wear a city top and just laugh at the gobshites
 

Just to clarify, I could never cheer another side to beat us, but if we guarantee Europe I wouldn't be crying if we lost.

I would rather we beat city and Hull and the RS eff the league up on their own

Of course - but with a massive tinge of regret thrown in.

Conversely, if City win 3-0 after Arsenal win, I won't jump for joy, but inside I'll be delighted.
