I can only comment from the proposed housing element to the Legacy Project as I work within that sector. I know the club have put 'feelers' out to social housing providers/developers in the North Liverpool region to gauge interest. To claim the club are 'going alone' without having all the information on the myriad of complexities a project that size would involve is both very misleading and ignorant and sets himself up for yet another fall in full view of the gathered masses

Took me a while to realise I didn't have a clue what my password was, and then remember which email address I'd used, but I digress

The designs at first didnt blow me away, but ive watched the vids, looked at the pics and whilst I dont have a wow, im very much looking forward to it, location, location, location is everything with this.

As im sure we all do, it will break my heart to leave Goodison, but we need to move forward, so move forward we do.

I have some concerns regarding what we leave behind, I sadly give it a few years till its left to fall to pieces, but hey, we will at least try, better than building a car park for Anfield like.
