Okay, any idea who we could get and be as good as Pickford?
If we absolutely has to sell a player to raise funds for a right back , you could sell Pickforx and pick up Sam Johnstone.
He's not quite as good but not that much of a drop in quality and you'd probably gave £20 million left over.
I'm not advocating it but if Benny is hell bent on getting rid of our better players....

As someone who watches Johnstone every week I would say if Pickford goes he would be ideal replacement, could get him for about 10 million in Jan or for free in the Summer for probably half the wage Pickford on too.

For more Ukrainians, Anatoliy Trubin (20) is the keeper at Shakhtar and has 2 caps. For those wanting a tall keeper hes 1.99 metres / 6'5.

Centre back Ilya Zabarnyi (19) is 6'2 amd already has 18 caps for Ukraine. Playing alongside Mykolenko for Kiev.

Special mention to Mykhaylo Mudryk (20) who was the standout in the u21 age group for the past 3 months playing as an attacking midfielder for Shakhtar.

Difference being Pickford has been very good so far this season whereas Digne hasn’t.

Seems to me that’s it’s sell to buy time again at Everton.

Digne is obviously funding this new Ukrainian kid.
Mina looks like he’s being hawked around… not sure who he’s funding but they better be good.

Mina is our best CB when fit but fit seems to be his biggest problem. Next issue is he only has 12 months left on current deal next summer & new contract doesn’t seem to be happening. Added to fact he is on £125k a week, it’s a massive wage for someone who plays maybe 1 in 3 at best 1 in 2.

Personally think it makes sense to sell if a replacement comes in

How many more toons does he want. Longstaff is no frigging use part of a failed team, we do not need or want him. Another reason why I have little faith in Benitez.

Saw some reports this morning that Forest are close to a deal to take Longstaff on loan in Jan, which surprised me. Having read it back, it seems the rumour can be traced back to a newspaper who we don't reference here, so can probably assume this is still a possibility
