I don’t think he’s rubbish, he’s just not worth what Newcastle would want, pre takeover. You can’t be spending 50mil on attacking players who get 4/5 goals a season.

Missed a sitter ( all players do) and a few times made the wrong decisions
Hes in the same boat as Richarlison. Whoever buy him will have to pay a large fee, which they probably arent worth

Richarlison can at least back it up with some reasonable numbers though, St Maximim can't and also seems to struggle to stay fit for longer than 3 games at any one time.
St Maximin has figures of a goal or assist every 3.5 games, not too shabby. Be interesting to see Richies.
Edit: just checked, his figures are much better.
I do not want Maximin btw

We won’t sign St Maximin of course but it’s funny that people say he’s rubbish yet make out Townsend to be a great signing.
St Maximin is a very good player and will move for a fortune when he does go (unless there is not much time on his contract).

I have seen the comments on here but they are ridiculous. He is in the same sort of category of player as Richarlison I think.

He really isn't mate, If he is that good then why is he at Newcastle then? he has a career record of 197 games and 22 goals, 22 assists, that works out at a goal/assist every 9 games which is utter pony. His best season was 5 goals and 3 assists for Lyon in a 30+ game season. He also has a poor injury record for someone who is still fairly young. I'm not a huge fan of Richarlison but he is a far better player than ASM.
