Well yeah, But out of a central midfield 7 of; Gomes, Gbamin, Delph, Davies, Alan, Sigurdsson and Doucoure. We have 3 injured, 1 indisposed, 1 coming back from Covid and 1 who has had 7 appearances in 3 seasons due to injury. So we essentially just have Gomes who is classed as "Match Fit".

Who knows. But I am sure there is no way for him to ever play for Everton again. A mutual agreement at the start of the season where he disappears and is never mentioned again.

He could be innocent. Then Everton will feel bad for him and offer him a new 2 year deal.
