Esse, Fellows, Rigg, Watson. The players are there. Agree that it would be great to grab them. You generally need to be able to ease them in though and we'd be sticking them straight into the XI and probably expecting too much from day one.

Hopefully we'll get the squad to a point where that's viable after the summer.
