Esse, Fellows, Rigg, Watson. The players are there. Agree that it would be great to grab them. You generally need to be able to ease them in though and we'd be sticking them straight into the XI and probably expecting too much from day one.

Hopefully we'll get the squad to a point where that's viable after the summer.

It’s exactly what we should have been doing when we first come into money with moshiri mixed with experience. We need to get it right this time round and hopefully our academy can improve as well as all the other aspects of the club we’ve been lacking for so long. As annoyed as I am this window I totally get it but expect to see some kind of strategy come the summer whether that’s thelwell or someone else.
