Everton eyeing January move for Hakim Ziyech​

The Friedkin Group have an eye on the summer transfer window as an opportunity to make big changes to their squad.

But according to the French outlet Jeunes Footeux, there could also be movement next month with Hakim Ziyech a player on their radar.

This comes amid interest from Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais who are also credited with an interest in the 31-year-old forward.

Exactly the type of profile that got us onto the mess we found ourselves in.

Plus side is wages off a loan fee received which helps create more room financially.
Other plus is it potentially raises interest in him if he performs well back in Italy - if we look to move him on during the summer.

Cons are it leaves us a striker down - but we have Broja and Chermiti back to fit was now, other negative is if he absolutely stinks the gaff out it'll lower any interest if we want to sell this summer.

For Beto though it might be true, multiple sources say the interest is genuine. Perhaps having done well at Udinese, Ranieri thinks Serie A suites him better. For sure we need a striker.
