Everton January 2025 Transfer Thread

….it would be good to have a right winger capable of attacking, then at least we could determine if he was being restricted. Not seeing Ndiaye particularly held back ;)

N'diaye works his socks off, wrong example there matey, it's the way he plays, even him though, if he was further up the pitch, he could be a lot more dangerous. I feel we are too defensive overall, the likes of DCL, Beto and now Broja have little support up front and are isolated at times. Anyway all the best mate I'm not arguing with you, just disagree a bit. ;)

From the clips he looks like a good CM, I can understand why Norwich would not want to sell at the price reported (£7.2m) looks like he could be a replacement for Gana or even Doucoure
Dad's a Norwich season ticket holder, reckons on his day he is quality, just not 'enough' days though.

Anything North of 10mil though and Norwich will sell

….looks more of a playmaker to me, certainly decent in possession.

Perhaps somebody has just realised that 4 out of 5 midfielders who started on Sunday (inc wide players) are not contracted to be here next season

Linked with Elias Jelert, 21yo Danish right back who can play left as well - only bought last summer by Galatasaray for 9m euros, apparently they want to recoup what they paid.

Was highly rated at Copenhagen - seems a good player reading up some scouting reports etc.

At FCK he played in a 4-3-3 as well - seems like Thelwell definitely sees that as a system based on recruitment and linked players like.

Is there a reliable link as that would be very exciting

Reading some of the comments from Turkish fans on him it sounds like he’s weak as piss. Not really a good sign for the PL.

Yeah never seen him play but the Gala comments seem at odds to how he performed in Denmark.

Statistically he did great at Copenhagen - but it is the Danish league.

Not sure I rate Turkish fans opinions either after Tosun though ....

To be fair I’d be more worried if he didn’t perform in Turkey. Everyone seems to play good over there. Massive swerve league for me.
