I just hope we really try for targets early with take it or leave it offere. If we fail, move onto the next genuine target, don’t spend the whole window looking at one player.

We’ve spent at least 90% of the last few windows talking to Gnonto’s agent. Wanted wide pace by looking at Minteh and Philogene. Ended up with a CB that is deemed worse than Keane and an injured Tarky, an attacking midfielder coming off a bad season who we play RW, a left sided player who had a bad season with Everton (!) who we play RW.

We start with a plan, and sniff around some very good players, get tunnel vision, get jilted and panic and just sign literally anyone.

Erm don't think anyone "deems" OBrien worse than Keane or Trarks , bar one man.
