Everton January 2025 Transfer Thread

Pacey attacking full backs on both sides ideally. If only we had a young pacey attacking right full back desperate to get into the starting 11... 🧐 On the left, Myko will never offer anything going forward, he's just not got it in him.

We lack pace all over the park so bad its painful. We lack cover in most positions aside from centre back. Midfield is bare bones with only 2x injuries. We desperately need someone who can keep Doucoure out of the team (if only we had lets say, 2x attacking centre mids/10's in the squad 🧐). Right wing just has to be sorted out. Harrison offers nothing there and Lindstrom is not a winger. Centre forward, we just need someone who can bring a long ball under control, turn, beat an entire defence and top bin a shot. Unfortunately, the way we play, we might as well not bother with a CF!

I think we have cover in every position?

Where do you thimk we "lack cover in most positions"...?

Wesley Franca the RB from Brazil....

Same reports today that they dont want to sell until after the club world cup. The price to sell now is €30mil.

Us and Milan would only go to €20mil.

Cafu of course played for Milan (who were competing with for him)...and Roma who were connected with.

So basically this guy is the new Cafu and we need to sign him.

Probably end up at Mordor

Really impressed with Tom Fellows.

Works so hard and has lots of promise. Reminds me very much of Bowen with his work rate and offers pace, directness and quality.

He isn't the finished article but a great player.

Another big prospect is Millwall's Romain Esse. Great attacking midfielder who will definitely move up soon to the Premier League

More central but can play on the wing. Very very tricky and raw but exciting.

These are the types of signings I love (and pray they're Cahill-esque). Still would have liked us to go after the likes of Bowen back in the day and more recently Lewis-Potter. Championship can be a decent shop for untapped talent. But, unlikely come cheaply ad TC did back then.

No thanks mr fellows please can our scouting team be fired? Like yeah okay 10 assists, in the championship... we need players to help us now not in a few years. Someone tell me the price quoted and i'll find a better player for now
