Players with six months left on their contract can agree a free transfer to foreign clubs in six months time. DCL is such a player, and I expect him to do just that in January. I think the club that comes in for him on a free will be a big European club. Such negotiations can cause a club to accept a very low bid in January rather than lose him on a free in July 2025.

Dumfries is in the same position at Inter; I wonder if we could maybe do a deal for him? For those that don’t think DCL is good enough for Inter, they have just paid 8 million for a 35 year old Marko Arnautovich this summer, who also has a contract that ends in July 2025, just like DCL does.

That’s bit harsh. Thelwell has actually bought pretty well on the hole. I think the business he has done has been the best since Moyes. It’s impossible to get every target right.

They can, and I would expect that too, but there is a slim chance someone wants him sooner, particularly if Newcastle still have injury problems and he scores a couple more goals between then and now.

Cancel Harrison's loan and loan in Richarlison for the second half of the season with that spot free with an option to buy.

Buy Embimbe off Frankfurt to play right side try to buy Omeragic off Montpellier.

Great post mate, the only thing I would disagree with is turning Lindstrom into a permanent deal, I don't think he is strong enough for the premiere league.
