Mate at this point Moyes has just got Thelwell washing the kits and hoovering his office.
Yeah I’m just frustrated as you and everyone eles with the lack of transfers so far. We just need to hope they or Moyes for that matter is being clever, and the players we hope we sign hit the ground running.

What I was saying the other day when someone said it was nonsense and it was only cashflow holding us back, not PSR and that it shouldn't be about problem with new owners.
As I understand it, what we agree to pay upfront goes on the books for this years' PSR and the remaining amount can be amortised.
It's the same reason why we could put Beto down for free in his first year here.
Factor in we need £5m upfront just to sign Walker-Peters, and we owe Chelsea £2m if we cancel Broja's loan and it looks like it will be hard to make that money stretch in January.
Only other option is to gamble and agree to sell Branthwaite or Ndiaye to someone before the June 30th deadline.

At a guess, I'd imagine a lot hinges on whether Chelsea will take Broja back. Historically - I think, at least - Moyes prefers loan deals in January, so it'll be a big deal whether or not we can use that domestic slot.
Unfortunately Chelsea's decision sounds like it'll come down to money, which means it'll be resolved at the last possible moment, which is in turn bad news for us when we're trying to get people in now.

The four signings I'd love to see us do
Taribo West, on a free. I know we're not exactly short at the back, but his quality can't be underestimated - especially given he's a free.
Carl Laurie, to fill in at left back. Good attacking English defender with plenty of pace to get forward.
Mike Duff, to come in at right back. Defensively solid and has no issues moving forward.
Maxim Tsgilako. Young Belarusian that I'm quite excited for. Great pace and knows where the back of the net is.
