….yep, not sure if he’s another who lost the hunger after City but 91 goals in 220 games for them is a top, top player. I’ve always been a big fan (even for RS), it’s why I thought Arsenal would be great for him after the toil at Chelsea.

Rule in regards to city is simple, under 23 and never been a regular you buy them, over 26 or ever been a proper starter swerve line the plague, Barry was a very very rare exception - I'd use the same rule for any massive club btw.

Look at how few regular starters for Barca, Madrid, Liverpool, City, United, Bayern, PSG (when these teams were top teams) ever moved downwards and succeeded. If lateral it was 50/50, downwards almost entirely they flopped.
