Has been a remarkably quiet window for most clubs in England. PSR is doing what PSR was intended to do.

…I’m not sure that’s the case, it’s been an absolute shambles. Some clubs can’t bring the best talent into the league because they are being financially restricted, can’t see how that was ever the plan. They know it’s been an almighty f-up.

In 3 years they haven't signed anyone for a great deal of money but have sold Alvarez , Palmer and Delap. I'd guess that they are fine for PSR

The Premier League s plan was to avoid clubs going bust. The rs and Man United's plan was to bring in a puppet and then make sure that there could be no more interlopers like Chelsea and Man City to interrupt their rightful position in the Champions League places for ever.
