Think most have seen this kid?

Played for Southampton and its 3am so my mind may be playing tricks on me but think they signed him in a Jan window last time they were in the prem

In my opinion he looked levels above their players, was in the 10 role and playing passes all over the place but no one was reading them.

Went to Juventus with a £40mil+ option and i thought hed be ace there...

As I say, he looked class to me but that was 2 years ago now i think. Maybe an issue?
 


I remember his worldy goal from a few years ago and I thought wow what a player he’s going to be. I had no idea that he wasn’t at Southampton anymore, I just figured he was a wonder kid that didn’t make it. I’m quite excited by this signing.

The best hope.we have, ja their owners basically mess it up, which they could do. It seems like there's lots of people involved in West Hams process, and they're not always aligned. Also they do have a tendency to do stupid things like make derisory offers. That would definitely open the space for someone else to move in.

yep the 2 wins mean they don’t have to go nuclear and spend money we ll have to claw back in june from a psr perspective. If we d got the 2 wins without the injuries I think Moyes would have gone all out for 1 main player and maybe a loan for cover but we need a bit more now and have to cover ourselves in numerous positions.

The presser today was him covering his own back a bit because ultimately he ll get judged on his signings. Also was trying to re assure the fans the summer will be a different ball game

Certainly looks like he's had some ups and downs so far but I like the fact that he's got experience of Argentina, England, Italy and Brazil, and still only turned 22 two months ago.

Not all of that experience will have been perfect as you'd expect from a kid that age but he's had a lot to learn from in his career already.
