If he signs, how can Alcaraz play for a third team under FIFA rules this season @The Bobble? Does a loan not count towards the FIFA limit of two. He played as sub for Southampton at Newcastle on the opening day before going to Flamengo.

There is some sort of work around because of the time the league starts, it begins in May and Ended in December, this January time is like their summer break.

I’m only surprised we didn’t get an Oxford player in return for the same price.

That doesn’t do anything for Everton and Oxford aren’t under PSR.
