We need a pacy winger on the right and move James to the middle, Bailey looks like the right fit, fastest player in the bundesliga, got injured last season and struggled for a start, this season he’s now done well, 20m price tag last summer but will be increased now unfortunately
all this knowing that Ancelotti has said numerous times that James best position is on the right drifting inside as not as a conventional No 10

Apparently French football has no money which means France is the place to shop. Plenty of talent at what should be discounted prices as those clubs will need cash.
Get our big boy pants on and see if we can do a deal for Camavinga?

*wouldn't mind trying to find a cheap Gana replacement either. Shouldn't be THAT difficult to find a young-ish DM who shields the defense.

Camavinga was the first name that popped into my mind as well.

Unfortunately the DM who was most intriguing was Sangare and he's moved. But that said you're probably right there certainly are more.

He has been playing as a CM rather than a DM for PSV and doing ok, nothing earth shattering though.

I watched a game or two in the Europa and he looked fine. I actually don't know that I like him as PL prospect so much because he sort of cruises and those players tend to struggle here, but he's just the DM that had the most buzz in France last summer.

Not surprised at this tbh as i know there have been some some suggestions that the reason some of the bigger clubs in the bigger leagues were not moving for him was that they were concerned about certain aspects of his game.

He's very slow on the ball. Vardy would nick it off him 10 times a game. That's the thing that concerned me the most.

Where is the width coming from?
Full backs, centre mids each side covering the flanks somewhat, like earlier on in the season, with the added security of khedira's experience, in positioning, to be able to play a slightly higher line as not to expose Keane royally in a high line.

Just meant that as an option, not a permanent formation to use, with those two new signings. I would personally play a 4-3-3.

Neves at Wolves would have 2 years left on his contract next summer, I wonder if they could be tempted to sell/Ancelotti could tempt him?
