Doubt he's going anywhere. Been at Southampton since he was about 8, he's captain of his boyhood club.If Carlo plans for James to stay out wide going forward then Ward Prowse would suit that position Gomes/Siggurdsson operates in.
Been on about him for a few weeks and saw Hoddle mentioned him to us/Spurs in the papers.
Only 26, cracking set pieces and runs his socks off pressing in the midfield. Would cost a fair bit of dough though.

You know he would start hitting row Z every single free kick as soon as he pulled on the royal blue.If Carlo plans for James to stay out wide going forward then Ward Prowse would suit that position Gomes/Siggurdsson operates in.

Are we not back to signing players from ManU reserves and Wigan thanks to Brexit work permits?
Spurs have been top 4 for what 4 of the last 5 seasons. Been to a champions league final. And who was the last top player you bought of a rival top 6 club in England

Also the last thing we need is a South American type who is named after his hairstyle
So youre saying if Arsenal finish mid table and we finish top 4 and throw a wedge of cash at his agent he would automatically say no?
Ancelotti + new stadium + top players + big money
OR
Arteta + average team + london lifestyle
Dont think its a forgone conculusion
Btw Saka has played LB / LM / LW / CM / RW
Not sure why you think hes just a LB?
Id actually have him at RW with James playing centrally...
But city & Chelsea changed that. I get it’s different now. But it’s up to Everton and Ancelotti the owner to change it.I think you're helping to prove my point.
Not one player and that would be because if any player was to move to Spurs from any of the other 5 clubs it would be a step down, just like it would be good player going from Arsenal to Everton (or Spurs.)
Top players leave Spurs to go to those 5 clubs, not the other way around.
If ever there was a season for a Kanchelskis type signing to play right wing for us this is it. If we somehow managed to get a real baller on that right flank and James came back in behind him DCL and Richarlison we could absolutely fly in the second half of the season with our solid defence. Similar to Liverpool 12/13 when they brought in Coutinho and Sturridge in January and suddenly paired them with Suarez.
As I lived in London for 5 years I prefer living back in Liverpool. If you have money London is s great City. But try buying a flat or house and see how much it costsmate their stadium is still going to be better than ours if we ever get it built ... people love living in London over Liverpool generally ... arteta will be replaced by someone else .. what your saying is like Leicester ... they were champions and yet they can’t attract top players ... arsenal still attract top players
I’m curious as to how City and Utd and Liverpool manage if London is so awesome. As I lived in London for 5 years I prefer living back in Liverpool. If you have money London is s great City. But try buying a flat or house and see how much it costs
