Looking at the difference one signing made to United last January, if we are going to spend money (looks unlikely but you never know) it's vital we get it right and given where we are right now getting it right could realistically get us a top 4 spot. We need to shift the deadwood though. half way through the month and Bolasie, Besic, Tosun, Kenny, Lossl all still here.
in a perfect world we'd sell Kean - yes he's doing well but he's playing for the best team in a poor league, his stock will never be higher and he doesn't want to be here. And try and get as many of the wage wasters out of the club and I'd include Bernard too (far to inconsistent to be one of our top earners) then get one quality signing who can make a real difference. If somehow we finish the season in a champions league spot, the summer window suddenly becomes very interesting.
 

Looks like Real want rid of Bale (to help fund Mbappe) and Spurs dont want him.

I havnt really seen him play and of course he is pushing years a bit now, 31 but we could do with a right winger. Im sure his wages would be prohibitive for us but surly a last push for a prem title and champs league football under Don Carlo at a club that would be happy to have him for a few years.....maybe he would take a pay cut?

Have you watched Bale this season? He looks peak Magaye Gueye.
