Very possibly. We do know Carlos faked out the press at other points tho, saying James would play over and over, when he was out injured. I doubt it was because he actually thought he would play, more that teams add marking him to their tactics and will have to change it up if hes not actully playing.

Like others have said I think it all depends on whether we can shift the deadwood. Bolasie, Besic, Lossl & Kenny are absolutely pointless now. Bin them and if a decent offer comes in for Kean, Bernard or Tosun shift then too.
