£30m might be judged as a fair amount by them.

But yeah, i'll acknowledge it's unlikely, just feels like the kind of move which should be made if we actually are serious about doing something this season.

I stand by it, we don't get Europe if we don't add to the squad - and the aim this season is to get Europe. Anything else will be considered a failure.

Maybe I’m still angry about the geordies, but not replacing Kean was criminal and we are paying for it. Richi should be dropped, but can’t be as there is nobody to replace him.

I honestly don’t think we will sign anyone of note and that means we probably don’t make Europe, maybe we don’t have the cash ?

Here’s some perspective. Liverpool trying to win the league, don’t have a CB and it looks like they’re going to buy someone for £2mil from the Championship.

Deals aren’t happening, and no one has any money.

That’s the reality.

DCL’s first two seasons was spent playing any position asked of him and busting a gut every game.
Kean had numerous telling a off and his attitude was awful.
That’s why he didn’t get more chances.
