If you read my post again you'll see I was acknowledging that Tosun lacks quality. But at least he was an option. Bernard and Tosun may not be the quality that we need, but they have shown in the past that they can offer something at this level, albeit limited and very inconsistently. We saw at the weekend a prime example of them not being on the bench. None of Iwobi, DCL or Richy were performing, and James was knackered after the hour. But we were unable to make a single change and even try to affect the situation, and we actually ended up conceding again. That's what we have to look forward to for the rest of the season.
Tosun isnt and hasn't been a solution at any stage except in a two up; the problems at the weekend were highlighted again with our slow cbs once our fullbacks pushed on ( Wilson running down the sides all day ), Siggi doing zilch as usual , Richie shocking and no service to DCL. And the elephant in the room; playing way too slow.

it was rotherham though, the guy has scored 2 league goals in 3 years. a ballboy wouldnt be far off doing that
It's actually 9 league goals in the last 3 years but who's counting?

H Spurs - Nov '19
A Spurs - May '19
H Palace - Oct '18
H Fulham - Sept '18
A Huddersfield - Apr '18
A Stoke - Mar '18 (x2)
H Brighton - Mar '18
A Burnley - Mar '18

I mean that's just completely made up isn't it. He's got 10 league goals in 3 years. It's not a great record, it doesn't really need you to make it sound worse.

To be fair though 5 of them came in the first 6 months, so he's scored 5 league goals in 2 and a half years, and one of them was for palace. Propa donkey behaviour that
