I would prefer if we kept away from gambling as a source of sponsorship, and it's so common in the PL as well so feels like we couldn't do any better if that's the case.
Of course it's easy to see why gambling companies are getting involved but I'm struggling to see why there is such a plethora of them in the PL. Ideally I would like us to have a blue chip corporate shirt sponsor but if that isn't possible then it's still a big world out there for other alternatives.
Perhaps most of the legwork for SportPesa if it is to be them was done before Moshiri got fully immersed but for me it will be somewhat underwhelming if that's the best we can do.
