Everton have revealed their new navy blue away kit for the 2016-17 season.

The kit, made by Umbro, will go on sale on Friday July 22 and is available for pre-order now from evertondirect.com, Everton One at Goodison Park and Everton Two in Liverpool One. The kit is available in men’s, women’s, juniors, infants and babies’ sizes.

Everton had teased the away kit earlier this week, showing glimpses of the salmon pink collar complete with the co-ordinates to Goodison Park and tribute to Archibald Leitch’s criss-cross stadium design.

The majority of the kit, however, is navy with flashes of salmon pink on the sleeves and collar.

The colours are a tribute to Everton’s 1890-91 side that lifted the league title for the first time.

Everton and Umbro said of the new kit:

“Diamond mesh technology on the main body of the shirt aids breathability, along with under-arm panels to assist with ventilation and movement.

Accompanying the jersey, the dark navy shorts have a tailored silhouette with a reduced volume waistband offering optimum comfort and fit. Contrast back detailing in salmon features alongside the Club and Umbro logos.

The dark navy socks feature a contrast salmon hoop and Umbro logo, with a cotton footbed providing optimum comfort for 90 minutes and beyond.”

Ramiro Funes Mori said:

“I feel very confident in this kit and cannot wait for the new season to be able to wear it. Everton’s history is fascinating and it’s nice that we can incorporate part of the Club’s heritage into the kit.”
