..you never know, Billy, but I think the youngsters will have to be very special to come through here. I fear for all of the ex-Academy players we have on loan. Joe Williams was one I wondered about, without being unkind he’s got a nasty streak in him and often that type get through on attitude.

Always worth remembering that Coleman was very much a latecomer to professional football so comparisons with players who've spent years in a PL academy don't really give an accurate picture. That doesn't mean Robinson or any of the others can't break through, but Coleman's not the best barometer to use.

Didnt we reject £1mil for Joe Williams last season and the rumour was we wanted £5mil ?

Seems from the reports here that hes done very well again this season if not a bit inconsistent...

@Zezti interesting to read Bayern are watching him.

I read that he did really well at Anderlecht and after his start in Turkey didnt play so well prior to his brace last week.

Hes got 4 goals in 10 league games (2 as sub) and they play 34 games a season over there (if my memory is correct!).

Theyve got 22 games left to play and i think for his value to really increase to a ridiculous amount he needs to knock in a ratio of 1 every 2 games so he has 15+ goals over there.

Seems to score a lot of tap ins running at pace from the left side...cant be luck as he does it so often.
 

Henry Onyekuru... how many more caps does he need before he can play for us?

Not exactly what we need at the minute but would add quality never the less.
