Started really well, he got MOTM in both his first 2 games. They seem to rate him highly but recently there have been quite a few comments about how he needs resting.
Yeah that's it in a nutshell and maybe a bit worrying , certainly something Everton need to keep an eye on. It seems to mirror concerns about his performance early season when he was dropped/rested for EnglandU19s and wasn't playing regularly for us and nobody could figure out what was happening. He came back from whatever"it" was playing as well as ever. He's still only 18, if he needs to be rested someone should make that decision for him, he's a high energy, highly combatitive player who probably won't want to be rested.

It also needs to be taken into consideration that this will be the most he's ever played, he doesn't get this many fixtures at U21 level. If he's looking worse than he was at the beginning of the season he should probably be taken out of the team for a week or two.

Running onto a delightful flick by Odejayi, the Everton youth-loanee showed a great turn of pace before rounding Smith and slotting home for his second goal in a County shirt."
