Clearly has some strong attributes and looks very good for his age range in an albeit limited league. Could probably become a very good player with the right coaching and an opportunity in a better league.

But he is only 21. So there is room for improvement and he will make mistakes. It's a risk you have to take when investing in young defenders.

I think its a case where Everton want him, Celtic would be willing to sell, but does the player really want to go anywhere right now and if so, come here? I do think he will be a really good player and hope it would happen, but right now I dont see it happening.

The last few players to be signed to the Premier League from Celtic have been decent. Wanyama, Van Dijk, Ki, Fraser Forster (although he was rubbish last year)
