We have been a huge club for the majority of this man’s career.

He will know how successful we have been and want to be again.

He won’t see us as a small club or stepping stone - and to be honest that at least is refreshing.

I meant to mention this on the pod actually @Adam-GOTTV
This is the biggest job he’s ever had in club football. He’s been very vocal about English managers not getting a look in when it comes to the top jobs in the Prem - well he’s got his wish.

Absolutely.

I honestly feel some people dont think we're THAT bad at the moment. Just need any manager but Big Sam to come in, sort us out, we'll be fine.

When it's not. It truly isn't.
I won't lie mate I was firmly of the opinion that we just need a good manager and all will be a-ok and we'll just have a bad season but with stats like that and Unsworth potentially taking the West Ham game and the training session for it just makes me realise we are in a real bad spot at the minute, I think the Jan window will have to be our saviour along with Sam. I do think the board are bringing him in with one eye on actually getting relegated as he would get us back up in a season. I think there's more to this appointment than merely survival.
