Adebayo is miles better than Beto and on the season better than DCL as well. Hed at least offer some real competition and would also suit Dyche. I’m plenty confident Doughty is good enough. They’re both also realistic targets which is an important thing for us at the moment

Might have a better return but there’s no chance he’s anywhere near the level DCL is. We have too many positions we need to strengthen, we’re not signing a centre forward where we have 3 players there already.

He has 10 PL goals in 14 PL starts in a rubbish Luton side as you say.

Hes a beast.

I do say, they are absolutely diabolical & without points deductions they’d have been down earlier. He’s not a beast, he’s an average centre forward who’s done alright.

They got him on a free and obviously couldn't accommodate him and loaned him out.

They don't seem to want him, so a loan or small fee for him.

Scott Carson is better than both upfront, look how many titles and CL he’s won without even having to play a game.

To be fair that’s not a great compliment, our strikers are amongst the worst in the league.
DCL can turn it on on the odd big game when the crowd are at their best otherwise he’s not involved. Beto is not even as good as Niasse or Tosun, more likeable but a worse player.
