Thing is though Ipswich had a 30m obligation, there’s no way we should be matching that, it’s a crazy fee no matter when it’s paid.

Only way it seems to me it works is if Chelsea want an experienced striker and are holding this back as part of a deal for Dom. but DCL wouldn’t seem like he fits their recruitment MO at all.

They must be mad. I thought it was just an ego trip by him to hear his own voice.
