Can’t see that deal being true and the source is poor. No matter how you massage the numbers on that deal Disasi would represent an enormous PSR loss for them so I don’t think it’s likely for one moment they’d suggest it.

Think any swap deal was Fofana only, maybe as a sweetener they at most suggested Disasi on loan but no way it was permanent.

Not necessarily, if we gave DCL a paper value of £50m and they valued Disasi at £35m and Fofana at £15m. It would work for all parties on PSR. All moot now though, of course.
