If we sell Pickford and/or Branthwaite we'll get relegated. We'd genuinely be better off keeping them both, even it means breaching PSR again, because the two of them combined with Tarkowski make us genuinely hard to so we can probably make up the inevitable points deduction.

Doucouré, Maupay, Keane and Holgate need to be sold. Doucouré to some Saudi mob for £15m, Maupay to a french ligue 1 outfit for £8m, Keane and Holgate to a glue factory for a thousand each.

I'd also like to see us pull a couple of Lucas Neill moves out of the hat: sign a couple of free agents on July 1st for modest wages and then sell them on for a few million profit the following January.
I've said it before but PSR is only part of the problem. We're barely solvent and need loans just to keep the lights on.

Theres an argument where we sell DCL, Pickford, Branthwaite AND Onana but any replacements come in with something to prove and we have another bounceback like when Rooney is sold.

Personally I wouldnt favour that lol

If Pickford has a great Euros and a chunky offer came in, lets say £40mil. Hes 30 now and in the prime for a goalkeeper but the world is full of goalkeepers. I'd replace with Bart Verbruggen at Brighton but there will be others whose value will continue to increase while Pickfords decreases season on season.

As you say, Doucoure, Maupay, Keane and Holgate should be moved on. It may take a big chunk of the window to do so.

If the rumours are true and DCL goes for £25mil upfront then that fee along with any fees for the above 4 players moving gives us some kind of 'warchest' as well as a saving on wages.

For me, it may require a bit of tweaking from Dyche in the attack and a focus on loans and young players but that could be a blessing.

Perhaps we find another battle ready Branthwaite...

Would be folly to sell Doucoure in my opinion. The rest I can largely get on board with offloading.

Sell Doucoure, replace him with McNeil or Chermiti. Sign Iling Junior from Juventus £12.5mil and we add substantial pace and technical ability to the team along with adding financial value to the squad.

I have seen you mention this Verbruggen multiple times but replacing England's number one goalkeeper with a 21 y/o who hasn't had multiple seasons as number one would be suicidal.

Any potential increase in his value would be outweighed by significant decrease in revenue in the championship

I think he's essential to the way Dyche plays.

I'm not buying that. We can do so much better than Doucouré. Fact is though, he's not going anywhere. We're not looking to sell - we've given him a contract extension but just to 2025 - and we wouldn't bring in any money by selling a 31 year old with just 12 months on his contract.

No. One. Is. Buying. Pickford.

No club abroad have the money to buy him

No prem club need or fancy him.

Past 2 seasons he could've been picked off cheaper but wasn't. He signed a new deal last year which runs out in 2027.

Unless he has a release clause, no club is paying north of £50mill for Pickford.

Chelsea.......................

OK it's my opinion. Not saying we can't in theory do better, but we all know the situation funds wise.

ManUre fans aren’t exactly thrilled with the GK Onana either… Brexit Radcliffe might want some home grown.

They spent near £50mill on him. They're not going to spend that and more on another keeper who's older when they don't have a defence or midfield.
