We now need atleast two forwards bringing in who can play across a front 3 (presuming that's the intended system). We need them both to hit the ground running. We need a new central midfield, at an absolutely minimum a single top dog defensive midfielder who can get about the pitch, hold some space, put a foot in and provide some protection to the defence. I think we need to move Mina on, he is class when he plays but he doesn't play enough and is on huge wages. If we can move him on and bring someone with some pace in at the back whos fit more than he's not the squad is looking better balanced.

Unfortunately I think you're correct, and we need to proceed accordingly. Shrewd signings from lesser leagues to become a solid mid table side for a few seasons until we can regroup. Not much fun but needs must.

We've been linked to Eriksen for weeks but still 33/1 with the bookies.. surely they'd have shortened that by now?
