I would be against paying money for Winks. If a loan without obligation is available at the end of the window it might be worth a punt. He a genuine step up quality wise on our other CM’s in terms of technique on the ball

Serious question. Are we writing off new stadium costs in our losses? Because I cant see us spending £346M on wages after the net spend deduction.

Our wage bill last accounts was 182m, the year before it was around 160m and I honestly dont recall the 3rd year, but you get the picture.

Because he's got one year left on his deal so I think a £10m up front payment with add ons (probably easily attainable ones) could get them to the table if they aren't in talks over a new deal etc. Or you go in with £15m, that ball park anyway.

Dendoncker's a decent player but he's not first choice midfield there unless they play a 3. Depends how much money Wolves need.

Of course, there is an option on Dendoncker's deal but the reports haven't specified if that's a club option or player option.
