I liked him. Definitely had/has plenty of potential. Was prone to an error though. Did well in Spain and I wouldn't write him off.

Lampard has a good track record with younger players and I really don’t think there’s much weight put into decisions when considering who to join between whoever finished 9th and 17th.

Lampard has a good track record with younger players and I really don’t think there’s much weight put into decisions when considering who to join between whoever finished 9th and 17th.

I am hoping young players can relate to lampard and see that as more important than league position.

Frank's implemented youth players quite well though, think younger players will want to play with him, to go with being actual Frank Lampard.
