Loan rules apply only within the league - the maximum is 2 active loans in one time and the maximum of 4 per season. And just one player from a single club.

But - we can take in as many players from outside of Premier League if we want and are able to register them.

Therefore we can only take in one extra player on loan from other Premier League club at the moment. We can do many more from Europe.

Appears Wolves had three in during 20/21, although one came in in January. There might be more examples but Wolves were the first I checked as they tend to use loans a fair bit.

I think players under 21 are not subject to the same rules.

I dunno.

I think its 4 per season, no more than 2 can be domestic, so you can probably loan 4 International.

Or 3/1.
