Swear he's said for the past few summers that he'd like a new challenge? I could only see Madrid now PSG have tied up Mbappe, so hopefully they go for someone else. All depends on how bad our finances are I guess, we may need to sell him.

Just not sure who Pickford would replace in top 6, DCL to Arsenal possibly but they seem to be after Gabriel Jesus now.
Richy has also said he wants to be a club legend at this club .

Could literally offer these players key roles in the team.

Want to be a starting CB in the PL, want to run the midfield, want to lead the attack?

Make a proposition to these players that what’s sitting on the bench of some CL club.

Thats right...for all we know Gallagher may have the taste of being a 1st choice or he may want to play for his "idol".

Same goes for Colwill at Huddersfield and of course those City "clones" as I think Neville(?) called them may feel that thsyre fighting an uphill battle.

I really think people arent seeing the potential we have to attract players.

Hahahahaha we are not signing Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips please stop this Zat.
I replied to @ForeverBlue92 in a 'tongue in cheek' fashion highlighting that we could solely strengthen through only potentially relegated players.

Not sure why that 'triggered' you...with the 'night sweats'.

For the record no, I dont see us matching those two players wage offers from the successful sides.

I think Chelsea will let a lot of midfielders go in the summer

Loftus-Cheek
Gallagher
Barkley
Kante

Strange! He hasn't been playing much though has he?
N'Golo Kante returned to Chelsea's starting line-up for Thursday's 1-1 draw with Leicester but he has endured an injury-hit campaign; Thomas Tuchel: "He is our Mo Salah, he is our Van Dijk, he is our De Bruyne, he is our Neymar, he is our Kylian Mbappe."

Thomas Tuchel says it's a "miracle" Chelsea have secured a third-placed Premier League finish despite being without "key, key, key" player N'Golo Kante for so much of the season.

Kante returned to Tuchel's starting line-up for Chelsea's 1-1 draw with Leicester on Thursday night having missed the previous four games with the latest in a series of injury problems.

The Frenchman is facing an uncertain future at Stamford Bridge with his contract due to expire next summer but Tuchel likened him to Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and Kevin De Bruyne in terms of his importance to the side in his post-match press conference.

"I think he is our key, key, key player," he said. "But key, key, key players need to be on the pitch and he has played only 40 per cent of the games, so it is maybe a miracle that we arrive in third place.

Its possible he could move him on cos hes always injured like, does only have a year left also.
