I’m going say it again … as a Irish toffee I think we should look at both Josh Cullen for the number 6 position. Goes about his work very effectively, can get around the pitch , put a tackle in and creates opportunities. I also think we should be looking at Knight from Derby . I agree Collins was excellent tonight and will get the plaudits and rightly so but there’s players here in this team that I think should be given a scout !! Surely Seamus would see the potential in some of these players

Agreed. Took a brave career move in moving to Anderlecht (had easier options available here) and looks to have learned some valuable lessons from Kompany there.

I don't watch Burnley play on a regular basis, but he did stand out to me in the few games I saw as someone to possibly watch. He has good size and looks like he can move around pretty well. I don't know his valuation but I would be interested.

He looks very solid and not afraid of the tackle either. Only 21 as well. What sort of value would Burnley have on him.
He would be on less than half or Tarkowski wage and every chance his value will be increasing over the next few seasons.

@jazzy i think Bissouma is very good but overrated. Available for 22mil and all the other 5 of the top 6 want a defensive midfielder. And not interested, city would rather pay 60mil for Philips I’d say there’s 6/7 defensive midfielders better than him. So mina when he’s fit is there 15 better CB’s than him in the prem.
